Tracie Butts- Director of ABA Services

Tracie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the co-owner of Shoreline Center, bringing extensive experience supporting individuals with autism and related diagnoses across clinical, school, and home settings. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and has been accredited by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) since 2017.

With a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Tracie specializes in developing individualized behavior intervention plans that support communication, social development, and daily living skills. Her approach is data-driven, collaborative, and deeply rooted in compassion. She works closely with families and staff to ensure that each intervention is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, fostering growth in meaningful and measurable ways.

Tracie is passionate about the transformative potential of ABA and remains committed to helping learners of all ages reach their full potential in environments that support success.

Outside of her professional role, Tracie is a proud mom of two energetic boys who keep her on her toes. She enjoys staying active, baking treats from scratch, and isn’t afraid to get silly or messy during playtime. Her love for children, both her own and those she serves, shapes everything she does.

Jamie Brannan- Administrator of Education

Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting students from early childhood through young adulthood. As a founding member of Shoreline Center (formerly Growing Minds), she plays a key role in developing classroom systems, individualized supports, and the overall day-to-day structure of the school.

Jamie is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which strengthens her ability to manage classrooms effectively and provide hands-on support for students with complex needs. Her approach blends practical experience with a deep understanding of special education, creating a learning environment that is structured, supportive, and flexible to each student’s strengths.

Outside of Shoreline, Jamie is a proud mom to all girls and a big fan of anything creative—she loves getting crafty, making things by hand, and cheering from the sidelines as her daughters dominate on the field. Her passion for children, both at home and at school, is what drives her work and keeps her grounded in the "why" behind it all.

Our Beginning…

At Shoreline Center for Exceptional Students, our journey began with a shared vision: to create a nurturing, supportive school environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related diagnoses. What started with two dedicated mothers and a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) grew into a program shaped by personal experience, clinical insight, and a deep commitment to meeting students where they are.

Shoreline was built to serve families seeking something more individualized—where relationships, structure, and specialized support come together to help each student grow at their own pace. Over the years, we’ve continued to evolve while staying true to our roots: intentional, and centered on what works best for our learners.

With a thoughtful team and a whole-child approach, we remain focused on helping students thrive—one meaningful step at a time.
